Rock CLimbing 101
This is our introductory course for beginners or gym climbers looking to transition to outdoor climbing. During this course we cover the basics of rock climbing... belaying, climbing movement & technique, knots & hitches and much more!

This is our intermediate level course where we let the students skill level drive the course curriculum. Our intermediate course can cover anchors and rigging, balance & technique/footwork, climbing evolutions, multi-pitch skills and much more! You choose the path!

Women's intro to Rock
Join us for an introduction to Rock Climbing in a positive and supportive space where the focus is on learning, building confidence and creating space for yourself. Build relationships with other Women that are supportive, encouraging and have your back.

Women's IRock (Intermediate)
This course is designed for women that have familiarity with climbing that want to progress toward independence rock climbing outdoors. It offers top rope anchor concepts, knots & hitches, and teaches the skills needed in an empowering and supportive atmosphere.

Radical Rappelling
During this 2-to-3-hour adventure, we'll rappel cliffs ranging in height from 35 feet to 100 feet in the park of your choice!

Top Rope Anchor Building Course
This course is designed for climbers that want to understand anchoring configurations, develop hands-on experience building anchors with an experienced guide. Learning the basic anchor concepts will help you progress to more independent climbing outdoors. This is not a certification course.
Intro to Sport Climbing
Introduction to Sport Climbing covers lead belaying, communication, movement fundamentals, clipping bolts, sport anchors and cleaning. This course is recommended for gym climbers interested in outdoor sport climbing, top rope climbers that are looking to learn to lead and sport climbers that want to further your skills. No lead experience necessary! Take your climbing to the next level!

Canyoneering (Canyoning)
These trips are all run in the Elka Park/Saugerties area of New York. These canyons are all hydraulic/wet canyons and you'll be in the water most of the time. All of our canyoning courses are held in Elka Park, NY.
Catskills canyoning
During this 4 hour excursion you'll be rappelling down waterfalls, sliding down rock slides, wading and hiking in an amazing river canyon of the Catskills. All equipment is included: harness, helmet, drybag.
Canyoning 101
If you're looking to learn all of the skills needed to go canyoning and canyoneering on your own, then this is the course for you! During this course we'll cover river hydrology, terrain recognition, rappelling, self & partner rescue, roping systems and much more! This course is 2 days in length.
Waterfall Rappelling
This is our most popular activity and is sure to be on your bucket list! During this trip you'll rappel down waterfalls in Catskill Park in Upstate New York or Northeast Pennsylvania. This is a GREAT Spring and Summer activity and sure to be part of many bucket lists!

Intro to Ice Climbing
Join us for a winter adventure climbing frozen waterfalls! We provide all of the gear you just show up with a need for adventure! During this 6-7 hour trip, you'll be climbing frozen waterfalls ranging in various heights from 35 to 100 feet. Height depends on the location of your choice.
Snowshoeing
Enjoying a day out in nature during the winter is amazing! On our snowshoeing trips, you'll enjoy all that winter has to offer! Snow covered trees, powder piles, snowfall and much more! Don't miss out on this adventure! Our AHGA certified guides will show you places that are almost inaccessible during the winter without snowshoes.
Winter Survival
During this 6 hour course you'll learn all of the necessary skills needed to survive in a winter environment. From shelter building to firemaking, you'll learn it all!

Intro to Mountaineering
Learn all of the essential skills needed to embark on a mountaineering trip of your own! Our guides will show you necessary skills needed to negotiate any mountain in a winter setting. This course is 2.5 days and includes 2 field days and a 4 hour zoom session.
Ice Hiking
This is our most popular winter adventure! Hiking through winter scenery past frozen waterfalls, up and down frozen staircases, snow and ice covered trees...it's just magnificent! Yoga Hiking

Climbing for Kids (4 Hours)

Waterfall Exploration hikes (3 hours)

Seasonal Learning (3 hours)
Seasons change and so do we. Send the kids out with us to learn about weather patterns, hibernation, how wildlife prepares for the winter and how we should too.
